Ice on the Monongahela River starts to urround the towboat Lady Louise as she is moored for the night in Monessen, PA waiting for another day of spotting barges at Three Rivers Marine and Rail's terminal. Shout out to one of the guys in the Tow Boaters group for letting me know her name - I KNEW she had to have one!
